Our association is a not for profit organization comprised of diverse individuals involved in the workers’ compensation arena. We are health care providers, employers, claims adjusters, medical case managers, attorneys and many other stakeholders who serve the industry.

2026 Winter Education Seminar

Join Kids’ Chance of New Mexico on Thursday, December 10, 2026, at Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque for a full day of education, professional development, and networking. The Winter Education Seminar brings together New Mexico’s workers’ compensation, medical, legal, and claims professionals, with sessions running from 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM and opportunities to earn General CEU credits.

Holiday Reception Benefiting the Toby Wright Scholarship Fund

Following the seminar, join us from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM for the Kids’ Chance of New Mexico Holiday Reception. This special evening benefits the Toby Wright Scholarship Fund and supports educational opportunities for children of New Mexico workers affected by serious workplace injuries or loss. Connect with colleagues and industry leaders while helping Kids’ Chance continue its important scholarship mission.

Join Us for the Kids’ Chance of New Mexico 2027 Annual Workers’ Compensation Conference | May 13th – 14th, 2027

Save the Date!

It is the premier workers’ compensation event in New Mexico for showcasing your business. This year we will be at Sandia Resort & Casino. The Work Comp theme/slogan this year is “From Once Upon a Claim to Happily After Care” (Disney).

Our goal is to raise money to benefit the Kids’ Chance of New Mexico, which provides college scholarships for children whose parent suffered a catastrophic or fatal work related injury. All proceeds from the conference and the golf tournament, benefit thescholarship fund, and now all contributions are eligible for tax deduction.
